Meet the team

At Blossom Lodge Day Nursery we are extremely lucky to have a dedicated team who have worked with us for a long time providing high quality childcare for ages 0-5 in Cheltenham.

We have a wonderful team of dedicated staff, 80% of our team are qualified childcare professionals varying from NVQ Level 2 to 6. In addition we have students currently training for a degree in Early Years Education and apprentices working towards a level 2 NVQ. To discuss our team in detail please contact us today. 

Staff training and development is extremely important at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery. Both aspects remain at the front of our minds ensuring our team is constantly and consistently up-to-date. We hold regular in-house training and the team also attend external sessions held by Gloucestershire County Council. This ensures employees remain up to date with the latest techniques in Early Years Development. Because we take training so seriously we use an online training system for refresher courses. Each member of our team has an individual training plan ensuring they reach their full potential.

Every single member of the Blossom Lodge team is vetted by the DBS: Disclosure & Barring Service. This is updated automatically on an annual basis.

Management Team

Zara - Operations Director

Hello, my name is Zara. I am the Operations Director  at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery, and designated Safeguarding Officer. I have been at Blossom Lodge since 2008.

I am qualified in Early Years and Education NVQ Level 4, Business Administration and management NVQ’s.

Justine - Nursery Manager

Hello, my name is Justine and I the manager at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery. I have my Early Years Level 3 qualification and also support the nursery SENDCO role.

Georgia - Deputy Manager and Over 2 years Lead

Hello, my name is Georgia and I am a deputy manager at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery and oversee the 2- 3 years rooms. Within my role I am also the nursery SENDCO.

I am a Level 3 practitioner and currently studying for my Early Years Level 5 qualification.

Isabelle- Deputy Manager and Under 2 years Lead

Hello, my name is Isabelle and I am a deputy manager at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery and oversee the 0-2 years rooms. Within my role I am also the nursery apprentice mentor and Designated Safeguarding Officer.

I am a Level 3 practitioner and currently studying for my Early Years Level 5 qualification.
